Very new and nice hotel. Staff is great and helpfull and you have all the comfort you need. Breakfast is very good and international. Nice pool and rooms are new and clean. We will go back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled on a hill overlooking the beautiful Garda lake, provided breathtaking views. The hotel's service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant that served delicious food and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. The spa and wellness center were a highlight of our stay, with a variety of treatments and facilities such as sauna and swimming pools. this place exceeded our expectations with its enhanced comfort and quality services.

In terms of cons, there is honestly nothing negative to say about this hotel. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Realy nice Hotel! Good value for your money. Very clean, very quite area and if you wanna go shopping it's only a 10min trip with a car. I recomend this Hotel.

Staff are very friendly. The location is excellent & offers great value for money.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area on a picturesque hillside with beautiful views of Lake Garda. It is easy to walk to the port in the village of San Felice. the rooms are modern, air-conditioned, large, clean, and comfortable. the staff is helpful and kind, always willing to assist. the breakfast is delightful and served efficiently.

Some guests had poor experiences with the dinner menu, which was limited and sometimes served cold or was of low quality.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, a smart new hotel with clean large rooms. Good mountain views and lake glimpses. Very friendly staff rounded off a very enjoyable stay.

Only difficulty we had was finding the hotel. A good map and clear address that a sat nav understands on the website is a must.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the hills above a beautiful lake. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a large swimming pool and a well-appointed spa. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated the free parking and easy access to transportation on various boats to explore the lake.

A very modern hotel with clean, spacious and designed rooms. A very pleasant setting with a great view of the mountains and lake Garda. Staff very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with reasonable prices. We have travelled a lot and have high requirements on standard, cleanlyness and well kept rooms and this was actually the best hotel we have stayed at in that price range - we would really recommend it.

Event though we are quit fussy we have really nothing negative to say about Villa Luisa.

Convenient parking, lovely views

The parking facility was very convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. The views from the hotel were stunning and truly breath-taking. Another advantage was that the temperature of the food was just right and there was a good variety of items available on the menu.

There was not much to do nearby. We had to travel long distances to keep ourselves entertained, which was not ideal.

Nice room, nice mountains wiew and partially of the Garda Lake; clean hotel, enough quiet environment - with the exception of the church bells nearby; good parking facilities at the underground

The breakfast is pretty good, hovever it had some unexplainable failures: one had to order a cofee to get a real/decent one, at the dispenser cofee machines you could get some instant cofee-like hot beverage; the meat products (salami, ham) weren't chosen according to a 4* standard, but more like to a 2* one. Ruther far from the lakeshore and not so well connected to the beach, hence it's advisable to have a car. Also the inner walls could have been better sound-insulated.

Very nice, brand new hotel. Beautifull design and not too big. The personell really gives you à warm welcome and i highly reccomend this hotel. Very near to lake Garda and various great citites like brescia, Verona and even Milano is do-able.
